Student Communication
Streamline communication with students using InfoSlips. InfoSlips can be used to
communicate all types of Information to students, including Newsletters; Student
Statements; Bursary Applications; Outstanding Payment Communication; Banking Detail
Update; Academic Record; Exam Results; Exam Timetable; Progress Report; Graduation
Ceremony in an engaging manner.
The year-end examination results were e-mailed to approximately 55 000 students.
Included in the electronic ITS InfoSlips were the examination results, as well as
a number of additions, communiqués and letters addressed to students.

Student InfoSlips are interactive, electronically delivered documents that are distributed
to students of an institution via email, online and mobile channels. It offers institutions

Student InfoSlips content can consist of a number of user-friendly, technology rich
formats, including text, graphs, video and sound. Typical uses for InfoSlips within
the education environment include:
- Student information including statements, bursary information, examination timetables and results, outstanding library books and fines, all consolidated into one InfoSlip.
- Payslip and IRP5 distribution to staff of the institution.
- Statements to employers of students.
The distribution of information InfoSlips can be used by any institution using any
campus management system.
