Having the InfoSlips ForMe. viewer installed enables you to open InfoSlips sent to you. Our viewer is small, so it will only take a minute to download. It won't slow your computer down and is really easy to install.

To download and install the viewer, please follow the steps below. If you have any trouble please refer to the "Get help with your installation" section.

Download and install the InfoSlips ForMe. viewer for Microsoft^® Windows^®
1. Step 1
  Click on the button below to start the download.
2. Step 2
  When the "File Download" window pops up click 'Run' to launch the InfoSlips ForMe viewer installation. viewer setup wizard.
  
  In Internet Explorer version 9, this dialog will appear at the bottom of your screen:

  Follow the simple steps in the setup wizard to complete the installation.
4. Done!
  When the installation is finished you will be able open your InfoSlip attached to the email from us.
Download and install the InfoSlips ForMe. viewer for Microsoft^® Windows^®
1. Step 1
  Click on the button below to start the download in Opera.
2. Step 2
  The file download will begin. You will be able to view the progress of the download in the bottom left hand corner of your screen. When it completes, click on the download.
3. Step 3
  Choose 'Open' from the context menu that appears.
4. Step 4
  When the "Open File" window pops up click 'Run' to launch the InfoSlips ForMe viewer installation. viewer setup wizard.
5. Step 5
  Follow the simple steps in the setup wizard to complete the installation.
6. Done!
  When the installation is finished you will be able open your InfoSlip attached to the email from us.
Download and install the InfoSlips ForMe. viewer for Microsoft^® Windows^®
1. Step 1
  Click on the button below to start the download.

  The file download will begin. You will be able to view the progress of the download in the Firefox download window.
3. Step 3
  When the download completes, double-click the file in the downloads window.
4. Step 4
  When the "Open File" window pops up click 'Run' to launch the InfoSlips ForMe viewer installation. viewer setup wizard.
5. Step 5
  Follow the simple steps in the setup wizard to complete the installation.
6. Done!
  When the installation is finished you will be able open your InfoSlip attached to the email from us.
Download and install the InfoSlips ForMe. viewer for Apple^® MacOS^®
1. Step 1
  Click on the button below to start the download.
2. Step 2
  When prompted, choose to save the package. The downloads window will open and the download will begin.
3. Step 3
  When the download has completed, open the InfoViewer_macos DMG package by double clicking on it.
4. Step 4
  A window will open and display a file named "InfoSlips ForMe Viewer Installer". Double click on this file.
5. Step 5
  The installer will now open. It will guide you through the process of installing the InfoSlips Viewer.
6. Done!
  When the installation is finished you will be able open your InfoSlip attached to the email from us.
Download and install the InfoSlips ForMe. viewer for Linux or UNIX
1. Step 1
  Please ensure that you have the latest JAVA runtime installed on your computer. This can be obtained for free from Sun Microsystems or from Open JDK .
2. Step 2
  Click on the button below to start the download.
3. Step 3
  When prompted, choose to save the package.
4. Step 4
  When the download has completed, copy the "infoViewer_unix_1_0_0_5.sh" shell script file to a location. e.g. "/root".
5. Step 5
  Open up a Terminal Window. (It should default to your "/root" folder).
6. Step 6
  Type in: "sh infoViewer_unix_1_0_0_5.sh " - This will launch a GUI interface for the installer.
7. Step 7
  Follow the instructions to complete the installation.
8. Step 8
  If you are running Ubuntu 12.04 then:
  After intsalling the viewer, copy infoslipsviewer.desktop to the /usr/share/applications folder. Then go to the first saved InfoSlip file, right-click and select Properties, then go to the ‘Open With’ tab.
  Select ‘Show other applications’ and find ‘infoslipsviewer’ in the list. Add it and close the window.
  Now open the InfoSlip file.
  
  Or, if you are running any other version of Linux then:
  Opening any InfoSlip the first time, you must right-click on the InfoSlip file, and select Open-With and select the infoslipsviewer application from the list, or from the root folder where you installed it, defaults to /usr/local/infoViewer – after this you will be able to open the InfoSlips by double click, this step is essential for first time access to a InfoSlip file.
9. Step 9
  If you receive an error ‘java.lang.NoClass’ then:
  Install the application listener that has been ommited from the JAVA runtime. If your installation give a 'No Class Definition Found' error, then you will need to download and copy this listener into your installation directory. You can download this file.
  
  If you receive an error ‘Illegal key size’ error then:
  You do not have the latest Java Runtime Environment, you need to update this as described in Step 1.
10. Done!
  When the installation is finished you will be able open your InfoSlip attached to the email from us.

InfoSlips currently provides offline viewers for Microsoft^® Windows^®, Linux, UNIX and Apple^® MacOS^®.

View your InfoSlip online

If your InfoSlips are not PUK protected then, dependant on your document originator's security policy, you will be able to view your InfoSlips online. If this is the case then there will be a 'View your InfoSlip Online' link in the email body of the email sent to you. Clicking on this link will open your InfoSlip online.
