Follow Step 1 and Step 2 above in order to install the InfoViewer. This only needs to be done once.

Right Click and select 'Open' on one of the sample InfoSlips.

When prompted for the Personal User Key (PUK) number enter:
11111111-22222222-33333333-44444444.

Choose a password for yourself and then confirm the password by retyping it.
|

Notes:

In live environments the PUK number is never revealed or sent by email but rather delivered with the InfoGo Welcome Pack. If you forget your password the PUK can be used to reset and create a new password.
